OCourt is comprised of embedded modules which includes ScheduleR, e-Docs and Translated e-Docs.

ScheduleR – Calendar that has the look and feel of many apps today for scheduling cases and attaching documents to each case. The court  calendar has the ability to feature different judges and courtrooms. The familiar look and feel of  of ScheduleR allows users to quickly adopt a personalized system and schedule court cases with a simple point and click.

e-Docs – Eliminate paper in the courts with this paperless way to attach, track and manage case documents utilizing e-signatures. Allowing participants in court cases to review track and sign documents on most any device…even smart phones.

e-Docs is a dynamic document tool that delivers ONLY the pertinent document information relevant to the case in which it is applied. Unnecessary information is dropped from the documents making it unique to each case. This eliminates bulky paperwork and storage of the same as well as keeping court costs down by eliminating the need for pre-printed documents. Well over 70 documents are in the current electronic library in OCourt.

Translated forms – OCourt now has translated some forms (10 and more to come) into 3 other languages (Russian, Vietnamese and Spanish). This allows the court to present the forms to people conversant in those languages for clearer understanding of court proceedings. Note: Only the form itself is translated. The relevant case  specific  verbiage is still in English.

Public Access These portals allow the public quick access to their case. It also reduces clerk time to answer phone calls and the publics time to come to the courthouse directly for these services:

                    E-filing – Through this portal the public can electronically file documents from any secure location.

                    E-Hearing – Through this portal the public can electronically schedule their infraction case.
